I really loved creating these flowers for a very sweet southern girl. She was adorable as she called me "Ma'am". It was so polite but I was caught off guard by her constant southern hospitality. I could not possibly be that much older than her to be called "Ma'am". She was so sweet and I loved her vision...very whimsical with a little bit of peacock feathers! So that's what we did with lavender roses, yellow roses, yellow ranunculus, yellow freesia, purple lisianthus, purple/variegated purple freesia and lavender.
If you want a cheerful, happy reception, here it is!! This is a monochromatic yellow color scheme that fit the bride perfectly. She paired it with a light gray and it was fresh, beautiful and sunny! Anyone attending this reception would feel the happy love from this adorable couple!
The centerpieces consisted of China Mums, Daffodils, Solidago, Billy Balls, Ranunculus, tulips and chrysanthemums.
The food table needed a larger arrangement with the same flower pallet.
The bridal bouquet.
The cake was really stunning and elegant. The brides father made it so in my book that makes this cake extra special!
I wish I would have taken better pictures...these were taken at 2:00 am and they don't really show how vibrant and fun these corsages are.
I hope the bride will send me her professional pictures and I will be sure to post them.
Every bridal bouquet is so unique... no two are the same. I love that this bouquet was so specific for this adorable bride. Her mother searched everywhere to find all these gorgeous broaches. Each special to the bride which just complimented her beauty.
Well after months of waiting our feature in Arizona Bride Magazine is finally here! I am honored and excited to be part of the article with such talented designers! The other bouquets are breathtaking. I am pretty proud of my wildflower bouquet!! I think if I were tying the knot my bouquet would look something like this! It is whimsical, soft and elegant but still a little simplistic. I hope you check out the article...I would love to hear what you think.
